糖尿病足是糖尿病的严重并发症,其发病率高、致残率高,且治愈率低。早期识别糖尿病足的危险因素对预防糖尿病足的发生至关重要。智能可穿戴设备是目前一类创新性研究,正逐渐用于对糖尿病足危险因素的监测,目前已有的智能可穿戴设备包括智能鞋、鞋垫等,可用于实时监测足底压力、足部温度,但是医务人员对智能可穿戴设备的了解甚少。为此,综述智能可穿戴设备的相关概念、穿戴形式、监测内容、运用现状及局限性,旨在为实际临床应用提供指导和依据。
Abstract:Diabetic foot is a serious complication of diabetes with high incidence, high disability rate and low cure rate.Early identification of risk factors of diabetic foot is very important to prevent the occurrence of diabetic foot. Smart wearable devices are an innovative class of research that is gradually being used to monitor risk factors for diabetic foot.At present, intelligent wearable devices, including shoes, insoles and so on, can be used for real-time monitoring of plantar pressure and foot temperature, but medical personnel know little about smart wearable devices. The review of the related concepts, wearable forms, monitoring contents, application status and limitations of intelligent wearable devices was aiming to provide guidance and basis for clinical application.
